Hollis LX2 12lb Weight System

The LX2 provides weight versatility options with an ease-of-use design. A simple pinch-and-pull buckle design securely stows your weights during the dive. There is also a large nylon handle to carry or easily ditch your weights if needed. The pouch itself is zippered and holds 12 lb (5.4 kg) total, but is partitioned to isolate weights within the pouch. The benefit here is if you only have say 5 lb (2.3 kg) in the pocket, the partition will avoid it shifting around during the dive. This system is also reverse compatible to allow use with older Hollis backplates and harnesses.
